Musical Theatre at Camp Bravo is one of the highlights of our summer! Our Musical Theatre program allows every camper to experience the thrill of performing for a live audience. Camper's work with our award winning teachers to put together a show for each session! Each camper will learn their group's song, dance, and finale song and last but not least the Camp Bravo Song. Classes have campers working together, trying new things and we have seen our campers gain self-confidence through this experience.
Being a good sport! We offer a variety of recreational sport activities that are appropriate for each age group including kickball, dodge ball, volleyball, greek-dodge, relay races and soccer. Emphasis is placed on developing confidence and self-esteem. It's not just about winning; it's about teamwork and fair play.
Our Camp Bravo Art Program allows each camper to explore their creative side. Using the fundamentals of art each camper has the opportunity to create one of a kind masterpieces each session. Our relaxed art classes have campers working with a broad spectrum of materials, which have included mosaics, woodworks, lamp making, stamping, jewelry making, sculpting and much more. Our campers cant wait to share their projects with their family.
Making a splash! Each camper at Bravo receives swimming instruction whether a beginner who is learning to swim or a more advanced swimmer perfecting new strokes. Instruction takes place in small groups of campers with comparable swimming skills. Depending upon the schedule, campers will swim either 4 or 5 times a week. Each swim lesson is followed by a free swim segment.
